RELATIONSHIP & INTIMACY INTENSIVE

Sometimes the hardest part isn't understanding the pattern.

It's understanding why it still has so much power.

You may find yourself unable to let go of a relationship, repeatedly drawn to unavailable partners, struggling with trust, caught in anxious or avoidant relationship dynamics, or longing for deeper intimacy while feeling unable to fully move toward it.

You've likely spent time trying to understand the problem.

You may have gained insight, learned the patterns, and done significant personal growth work.

And yet something still isn't changing.

The Relationship & Intimacy Intensive is designed for people who are ready to stop circling the same challenge and finally understand what is keeping it in place.

Together, we'll explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify the deeper forces shaping the experience, and create a clear path forward.

Why Some Challenges Continue Despite Our Best Efforts

Many of the people who find me are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply committed to growth.

They've spent years trying to understand themselves and their relationships.

They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, gone to therapy, and done the personal growth work.

Yet they still find themselves facing the same questions:

Why can't I let go?

Why do I keep choosing the same type of relationship?

Why do I become anxious when I care about someone?

Why do I pull away when things become too close?

Why do I understand the pattern and still feel stuck inside it?

The answer is often not a lack of awareness.

The pattern often makes sense once we understand what it has been trying to protect, accomplish, or prevent.

Until we understand what the pattern is trying to accomplish, meaningful change can remain frustratingly out of reach.

Challenges We May Explore

Each intensive is centered around a specific relationship or intimacy challenge that feels important to resolve.

You may be struggling to let go of a relationship that continues to occupy your thoughts and emotions.

You may find yourself repeatedly drawn to people who are unavailable or unable to meet you in the ways you desire.

You may notice yourself becoming anxious, preoccupied, or consumed when you care about someone or pulling away when relationships become too close.

You may long for deeper intimacy while simultaneously finding it difficult to trust, receive, or fully let yourself be seen.

Or perhaps you simply find yourself repeating the same painful dynamics and want to understand why they continue to show up.

Whatever the challenge, our focus is not just on the symptom itself, but on understanding what is keeping it alive and what needs to change for meaningful movement to occur.

What To Expect

No two intensives are exactly alike.

Each experience is shaped by the person, the pattern, and the unique history behind it.

Together, we work to understand how the challenge developed, what continues to give it power, and what may be needed for meaningful change to occur.

Rather than focusing solely on insight, we create opportunities for new experiences of the memories, emotions, and triggers connected to the pattern, allowing new possibilities to emerge.

The goal is not simply to understand the pattern.

The goal is to help it no longer organize your life in the same way.

Beyond The Pattern

Many relationship and intimacy challenges are supported by deeper beliefs, self-concepts, and identities that quietly shape how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible.

The work can involve helping clients reconnect with the desires, truths, and possibilities that may have been obscured by years of adaptation, protection, or disappointment.

The goal is not simply to understand the pattern.

The goal is to create a new experience of yourself beyond it.

A Focused Approach To Meaningful Change

This is not traditional weekly therapy.

It is a dedicated, personalized experience designed around a specific relationship or intimacy challenge.

Many of my clients come to me after years of therapy, coaching, personal development, or self-study. They don't need more information. They need a different way of understanding what has been keeping them stuck.

Clients often leave with greater clarity, deeper self-trust, relief from confusion and self-blame, and a renewed sense of freedom in how they relate to themselves and others.

If you're ready to explore whether this intensive is the right fit for your situation, the first step is a consultation.

Relationship & Intimacy Intensives are available virtually worldwide and in person for clients in the Hudson Valley and New York City areas.
